Your BACtrack Skyn should be worn on your non-dominant hand (if you're right handed, wear it on your left and vice versa), on the underside of your wrist,opposite the location of where a watch would go.
To wear your Skyn correctly, follow these simple steps:
- Fold your thumb inwards to make enough room for the band to slide over your hand.
- Slide your Skyn down to just below your wrist joint, making sure the white sensor circle is positioned on the inside of your wrist.
- Tighten the band by pulling the end and placing the magnetic piece on the band itself. The strap should be tight, but not uncomfortable.
- Be sure to periodically make sure the band remains tight. A loose band could affect the performance of BACtrack Skyn.
